Services We Provide
We offer professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. When you request a quote, we will provide a detailed estimate based on your specific needs.
We reserve the right to decline service if your project falls outside our service area or expertise. We will let you know as soon as possible if this happens.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once we agree on a project timeline, we will do our best to stick to it. Weather and unexpected conditions may cause delays, but we will keep you updated every step of the way.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our preparation costs.
Payment Terms
We require a deposit before starting most projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance and may pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.
Your Responsibilities
You need to provide us with clear access to your property during scheduled work days. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles if needed, and keeping pets secured. If you have underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features, please let us know before we start digging.
You are responsible for maintaining any work we complete according to our care instructions. This helps ensure your landscaping stays healthy and beautiful for years to come.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. For most installations, we offer a one-year warranty on plants and materials, provided you follow our maintenance guidelines. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and plant failure under normal conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage from neglect, extreme weather events, pests, disease, or improper care. If you have concerns about any work we have done, contact us right away so we can address it.
Liability and Insurance
We carry liability insurance to protect both you and us during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not marked or disclosed to us before work began.
If we accidentally damage something on your property, we will work with you to make it right. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
